Restore respect and credibility to the office of Mayor.

Need to create a check and balance on the spending of tax payer dollars. For example, we are not keeping up on basic maintenance of roads and other infrastructure while our spending on salaries, studies, and out-sourced, third-party services spirals out of control.

Lead by a non-partisan position, making local citizens concerns first and foremost.

Presently the city has hired capable people in all departments who should be able to prepare reports, studies and analysis. Which questions the need for so many outside contracts, to provide this material.

Address the issue of street maintenance. We will never catch up for that reason all new developments should pay a fee for each dwelling for street maintenance.
